Donald "Don" Watt
December 20, 1927 - February 9, 2017
On Thursday, February 9, 2017 Donald Malcolm Watt passed away at the age of 89.
Survived by his children, Roger Watt, Wendy (Doug) McRobbie, Colleen (Brent) Brubaker and Don Watt Jr. Also survived by his former spouse and special friend, June Watt and her son Doug (Kelly) Stone and their children, Riley and Allison.
He leaves four grandchildren, Erin (Chris) Royer, Chris Watt, Megan Martin and Matthew Brubaker. Three great-grandchildren, Ayden Watt, Colton and Evelyn Royer.
Don was predeceased by his parents, Heber and Christina Watt, sisters, Gertie McKort, Dorothy Anderson and two brothers Elmer and Orville.
Don’s family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Jubilee Lodge Nursing Home for his exceptional care over the last 3 years and also to the medical staff of The Robbins Pavilion, 5 East.
A celebration of Don’s life will be held on March 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Wildwood Community Hall, Wildwood, Alberta.
Donations may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Don.
