Florence Piket
July 23, 1938 - January 14, 2017
PIKET, Florence Duthie
July 23, 1938 - January 14, 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of Florence Piket of Edmonton announces her passing at the age of 78.
We will forever cherish the memory of our wife, mother, grandmother, bubby, aunt and friend as a woman with an abundance of spirit, courage, warmth, generosity and humor.
Florence will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 59 years Dick, and her children Vicky Kinsella (Jim) of Sherwood Park, Leah Hunter (Curt) of Beaumont, and Kim Voigt (Todd) of St. Albert. Florence will also be forever remembered by her 6 grandchildren Shaun (Kathy), Cory, Shannon, Hanna, Carlie and Max and her 2 great-granddaughters Savanna and Whitney, along with many other extended family members and dear friends.
Florence was predeceased by her grandson Brett Hunter and sister Margaret Matonovich.
The family extends thanks to Dr. Mocanu and the caring staff on ward 3D at the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital.
