PETERSON, IRENE EVELYN
On January 14, 2016, we are saddened by the passing of our beloved mother Irene, aged 92.
Like every warrior and survivor, she fought many battles with her health but eventually got tired and succumbed to the inevitable. She is now home with the Lord.
Her memory will be cherished by her daughters, Myrna, Dolores, grandchildren Melissa, Matt, Tracie (Randal), Marc (Lisa), great grandchildren Ashley, Tyler, Rebecca (Jason), Talen, Cadence, Faith, Andrew, Daniel, William and great great grandchild Ryker, two sisters Hazel, Gladys.
Predeceased by her husband Grant, parents and sister Nora.
A celebration of Irene’s life will be held on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 2:00 pm with a viewing 1 hour prior to service at Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton, AB Irene’s final resting place will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Donations can be made towards the funeral, flowers, or to the Alzheimer Society, www.alzheimer.ca/ab.
