Patrece Maluzynsky of Meaningful Life Tributes will be officiating. Viewing will be held at 9:00 AM at Evergreen Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service. <br> <br>Monica was born in Edmonton, Alberta on May 8th, 1962. <br> <br>Monica is survived by her parents; Lloyd Hayes and Carmen Hayes of Edmonton, partner Robert Maze of Edmonton, children; Sabrina (Nathan) Cadieux of Sherwood Park, Danica Hayes of Edmonton, Tyrrell Anderson of Edmonton, & Justin Hayes of Calgary, grandchildren; Jaya Cadieux, Kristen Cadieux, & Jayda Anderson, sister Michelle Hingley, half-sister Carol Savaria, nieces and nephews; Paul Hingley, Mark Hingley, Jennifer Hingley, and other family and friends. <br> <br>Monica is preceded in death by daughter Jessica Hayes and grandson Issac Hayes. <br></div>
