<div itemprop="description">PHILLIPS, Patricia (Pat)<br><br>On October 28, 2016 Pat Phillips of Edmonton passed away after an extended illness at the age of 64. <br><br>She is lovingly remembered by her husband Larry, her children; James, Charles and Sonia as well as many relatives and friends.<br><br>Pat was predeceased by her parents Jim and Jean Fleming, and her brother Charles.<br><br>In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to the I.C.U. at the Royal Alexandra Hospital.<br><br></div>
