<div itemprop="description">Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Kay passed away peacefully on Monday morning at age 90.<br><br>She is survived by sons Keith (Michael), Gary (Susan), grandchildren Michael Carter, Christie Tokairin (Craig), Sarah Carter (Matt), Emily Carter (Frank) and grandchildren Madilen Tokairin, Chase Carter-Ell and Alexis Carter-Ell.<br><br>Kay is predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Ken (2004), her parents George (1969) and Mary (1987) McLaughlin, her brother Bill (1973) and sister Anne (1975). <br><br>In keeping with Kay’s wishes there will be no funeral. The family wishes to thank the staff at Lifestyles Assisted Living Terra Losa for their excellent care for the past 2 years and in her final days. Kay’s final resting place will be with her husband at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. <br><br>“Those we love don’t go away,<br>They walk beside us every day<br>Unheard, unseen but always near<br>Still loved, still missed and very dear”<br><br></div>
